This unique new property is located on the west side of the island, just south of downtown, right on the
water. You can walk to town along the beautiful malecon. Enjoy the closeness of town, with the
peacefulness of being out of town.
There are just three units, all with king beds with comfortable pillow-top matresses - no more
complaining about those "hard Mexican beds." They also include a refrigerator, coffee maker, AC, cable
TV, and wireless Internet, Each unit is nicely decorated and has nice modern marble bathrooms, and
original artwork..
Just a few paces outside the rooms is a large pool with comfortable lounge chairs. The large palapa bar
is now open offering your favorite cold beverage and light snacks. With a laid-back Key West vibe, the bar
is a fun place to spend the afternoon or to enjoy the sunset, while sipping your favorite cold beverage
whipped up by Fredy the bartender. He is a character that will keep you laughing all day. Make sure to try
his wonderful ceviche and guacamole. Sundays Mal's famous Texas BBQ is served, and Wednesday is
hot wing day. The bar is open to the public in the afternoon, till just after sunset. Whether staying here or
elsewhere on the island, spend a little time and enjoy the mix of Texas and island hospitality.
Step down to the sandy beach and sink your toes in the sand while reading a good book, or take a dip in
the ocean, watch the fishermen come and go with their catches, and the awesome sunsets. For those
that prefer to rent a golf cart instead of walking or taxis, on-site golf cart parking space is available.
