One of the best values on the island, this hotel has all you need; a great location about 6 blocks from the
ferry, across the street from the beach, 2 blocks from Playa Norte and around the corner from lots of choices

and additional rooms just opened in 2009. Safety boxes are available next to the front desk (bank vault
style) for a refundable key deposit for the older buildings. Newest buildings have them in the room. Room

Large rooms with pool-view and partial ocean-view, with two double beds or one king size bed, tile floors,
individual air-conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, shower (some rooms with shower/tub) and patio or balcony.
Mini-Suites have King bed, sofa, TV, AC, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sitting area with loveseat, tables &
chairs, and large patio or balcony, and are for one or two adults only.
Second Addition rooms ***NEW*** - PHASE III Poolside with Oceanview
Brand new December 2009, these rooms have quiet mini-split AC, and mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, plus a
safety box in the room. Some have adjoining rooms to accommodate larger families. Partial oceanview.
Spa del Mar The new poolside spa has many options for wonderful massages and facials by Gaby
(Kathryn's favorite massage therapist), plus pedicures, manicures and waxing are available.
Romi's Bar Romi has been with the hotel for almost a quarter of a century. No trip to the island is
complete without a stop at his poolside bar. Stop in for Happy Hour between 5 and 7 and check out his
new large palapa bar with great ocean and pool views. Romi's Bar is the ideal spot to enjoy your favorite
beverage and snack in a relaxed environment. Open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
Packages available for wedding groups, family groups. Tour packages available for whaleshark, fishing,
