Kathryn has been living with cancer and its treatments since fall 2009. Due to this, she has
been out of the office a lot. Thank you all for your patience and support during the last 2 1/2
years. We have fantastic clients, and really appreciate you! Submitting requests via the
travel request form on the website is the best way to communicate right now.
TRAVEL REQUEST FORM
Victoria works the spring/summer/fall season as a tour leader for Trek America and Grand
American Adventures, so she is only with us in the home office October through January. If
you want to explore North America and like the outdoors and camping, ask us about
opportunities. She also leads Great American Adventure Tours (budget lodging instead of
camping). Nicole is teaching Spanish to children, and helping out with the business part-time.
Kathryn is still the main contact for the travel agency. Victoria and Nicole are available for
information on Scotland, New Zealand and Australia travel, and areas of Europe where
Kathryn hasn't been.
For the month of January, Kathryn, Victoria and Nicole are traveling central Mexico.
We will have no access to voice mail, and limited access to email during that month. We will
answer email when possible. For emergencies while traveling, please call the number on your
travel insurance certificate. We really appreciate your patience during this time. Kathryn has
a break from cancer treatments and is taking advantage of the time to get out and travel
again, doing research to assist clients with future travels.
Outside of office hours, for urgent issues (other than January) you may call Kathryn on her
cell at 612.220.9626. You may need to leave a message. If you are traveling and have an
emergency, please call the number on your insurance certificate. During January if you have
an emergency that cannot be assisted by travel insurance, you may try Bruce at 612.462.5541
Rest assured, that even though our service may have been a little slower than you are used
to, our relationship with suppliers and dedication to customer service is still the same. Your
vacations are important to us!
Since many of our clients have become good friends, and practically second family, Kathryn
has chosen to share private information with you, if you want to know current updates. You
will have to create an account and log-in. This is to prevent spam and/or trouble makers. We
