The beginning of September Kathryn had unexpected surgery, followed by many medical
appointments, and cancer treatments. As of May 2010 Kathryn has no evidence of active
disease! Thank you all for your patience and support during the last 10 months. We have
fantastic clients, and really appreciate you! As of mid-July the final procedures are done and
Kathryn is working on getting her strength back. For the summer, office hours are a little
sporadic. Submitting requests via the travel request form on the website is the best way to
communicate right now.
TRAVEL REQUEST FORM
Victoria moved to Australia for the year at the end of January, but came back to the US for the
summer to work as a tour leader for Trek America. If you want to explore North America and
like the outdoors and camping, ask us about opportunities. Nicole is spending the summer
working for Americorp, spending her days with inner city bi-lingual children, after spending a
month backpacking southern Mexico. Kathryn is the only one working with the travel agency
for the summer. Victoria is still available for information on Scotland, New Zealand and
Australia travel, and areas of Europe where Kathryn hasn't been, as well as giving you the
opportunity to travel with her through a Trek America package. And Nicole is available for
information on Mexico and Europe in areas Kathryn hasn't traveled. But neither is in the office.
Outside of office hours, for urgent issues you may call Kathryn on her cell at 612-220-9626.
You may need to leave a message. If you are traveling and have an emergency, please call
the number on your insurance certificate.
Rest assured, that even though our service may have been a little slower than you are used
to, our relationship with suppliers, and dedication to customer service is still the same. Your
vacations are important to us!
Since many of our clients have become good friends, and practically second family, Kathryn
has chosen to share private information with you, if you want to know current updates. You
