In September Kathryn had unexpected surgery, followed by many medical appointments.
Unfortunately in September and early October Victoria was still working for Americorp, out in
the wilds of Nevada, and Nicole has been busy with two internships on top of a heavy school
schedule, so service has been slower than usual. We give our apologies for this
inconvenience. Your patience is appreciated.
Kathryn will be in the US office till further notice. Currently she is in and out of the office for
medical appointments, with sporadic hours. Submitting requests via the website is the best
way to communicate right now.
Victoria is back again - a big asset to Kathryn's Travel, helping process payments, sending
documents, assisting with website updates and emergencies. Nicole's university schedule is
too heavy this fall to assist so she is still on leave, but she will be back in January.
Outside of office hours for very urgent issues you may call Kathryn on her cell at
612-220-9626. You may need to leave a message. If you don't get a quick return, try
Victoria's cell phone 612-281-7249. If you are traveling and have an emergency, please call
the number on your insurance certificate.
Rest assured, that even though our service may be a little slower than you are used to, our
relationship with suppliers, and dedication to customer service is still the same. Your
vacations are important to us!
