Nautibeach Condos - Owner's Rental Pool
The condos are located on Playa Norte, and are in a great location; only a short walk to the center of town for
many shopping and restaurant choices. They are set up wonderfully for families with two, three or four
children. There is 24-hour security.
Each unit is privately-owned and individually decorated, but all have to meet the requirements of the Owner’s
Rental Pool to be included in the rentals. These condos have on-site property management. Those not in
the rental pool do not have this perk. Each 2 bedroom condo has a master bedroom with queen bed on the
Oceanside, and a second bedroom on the backside with varying bedding options, including a twin and
double, a twin and bunkbeds, double and bunkbeds, or one queen. Some units have a sofa bed in the living
room for extra persons. They each have one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area, AC,
ceiling fans, safe, and balcony or terrace.
The premium veranda condo is like the others, but located on the corner with a wrap-around balcony for
ocean views on 2 sides. There are also two smaller studio units that sleep up to two persons. All condos
are non-smoking. Maid service daily.
Nautibeach has one of the nicest pools on the island, next to the bar and grill, and overlooking the ocean.
Beach loungers and umbrellas are complimentary, as are beach towels. Beautiful sunsets can be watched
from your balcony, the pool, or Sunset Grill, which serves cocktails, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
New additions include wireless internet.
