Ixchel Beach Condos - PHASE II GROUND FLOOR GARDENVIEW #107/108
Located on the beautiful beach of Playa Norte, in a great location; this brand new in 2007 property is
only a short walk to the center of town for many shopping and restaurant choices, and is one of the
very few properties on the island with elevators. You can see the ocean from your ground floor terrace.
This unit has both a standard hotel-type room, and a one bedroom condo suite, which is normally
rented together, but is available sometimes separately. The full unit is two-bedroom, two-bath, with
stocked kitchen, dining area, terrace, and living room. The master bedroom has one king bed, and the
second bedroom also has a king bed. This is rare for these condos - perfect for two couples that want
to share. The living room has a futon for additional sleeping arrangements for up to 6 persons.
Lock-off the second bedroom, and you get a one-bedroom, one-bath suite with kitchen, dining area,
and living room that sleeps up to four. The lock-off room creates a standardking bed hotel room with
private bath, mini fridge and coffee maker, which sleeps two, with a patio door leading out to the
gardens and pool.
The suite has individual A/C control, ceiling fans, wide screen remote television with international
cable, CD and DVD, telephone, wireless internet, telephone, iron, alarm clock, safe, and hair dryer.
One television is in the living room or master bedroom, and a second is located in the second
bedroom. Bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with refrigerator, coffee maker,
toaster, microwave and bottled water. Standard hotel rooms have the same amenities with exception
of kitchenette, dining area, living room and balcony or terrace.
Daily room service is available, as well as free parking . Laundry or babysitting is available at an
additional cost. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or rooftop terrace only. Relax around the on-site
pool and enjoy a cold snack or beverage at the Kalak poolside lounge, open breakfast till late
afternoon.
Beautiful sunsets can be watched from your terrace, or at the nearby Sunset Grill, (where guests have
charging privileges). The large palapa beach bar and restaurant serves cocktails, breakfast, lunch,
snacks, and dinner. Smoking only allowed on the terrace - not in the units.
