This unique penthouse has both a standard hotel-type room, and a one bedroom condo suite, which is
normally rented together, but is available sometimes separately. The full unit is two-bedroom, two-bath,
with stocked kitchen, dining area, balcony, and living room. The master bedroom has one king bed, and
the second bedroom has two double beds. The living room has a sofa bed for additional sleeping
arrangements for up to 6 persons. Lock-off the second bedroom, and you get a one-bedroom, one-bath
suite with kitchen, dining area, and living room that sleeps up to four. The lock-off room creates a
standard two double bed hotel room with private bath, which sleeps up to four.
The spiral staircase from the balcony leads to a private rooftop terrace with awesome views, jacuzzi,
bathroom and shower. It can also be reached by elevator. This particular penthouse has many extras
including built in outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, large picnic table, wet bar, and grill. The newest
addition is a large sunning bed. This is the perfect spot for hosting gatherings, or simply relaxing to
watch the sunset. This is a popular unit for wedding groups or family reunions. Book early to reserve
your week if you'd like the opportunity to entertain on the rooftop. This is the only penthouse with all

linens are provided. The kitchen is stocked with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and
bottled water. Standard hotel rooms have the same amenities with exception of kitchenette, dining area,
living room and balcony or terrace.
Daily room service is available, as well as free parking . Laundry or babysitting is available at an
additional cost. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or rooftop terrace only. Relax around the on-site
pool and enjoy a cold snack or beverage at the Kalak poolside lounge, open breakfast till late afternoon.
