Mention diving in Mexico, and for most divers, Cozumel comes to mind. But did you know that Isla
Mujeres is an excellent choice for diving in the Yucatan? The reef extends for miles, and the island
area offers spectacular experiences like wreck diving, and the Cave of the Sleeping Sharks. You
can also take a day trip to dive the Cenotes on the mainland – a unique experience not found often
around the world. Isla Mujeres is a quieter, smaller island offering an alternative to the bustling
Cozumel area, with many great accommodations, shops and restaurants to explore. The island
also has the famous Playa Norte “north beach,” known as one of the best beaches in the world. In
the summer months you can take excursions to snorkle with the whale sharks; an incredible
experience you won’t ever forget.
All dives are with PADI certified shops and dive masters. Because your safety is of utmost
importance, proof of certification and medical forms are required, with a minimum age of 10 years
old for diving. For those without certification, PADI courses are offered for Discover (resort), or
Open Water Certification. Refresher courses are offered for those that haven’t dived recently but
had been previously certified. Inquire for rates.
The 7-nt packages include the Adventure Diver package; three 2-tank dives of your choice, plus a
Cenote Dive day trip. The 4-nt packages include 2-tank shallow reef dive, and your choice of 2-tank
adventure dives. Adventure Dive choices are deep, drift, wreck, sleeping shark caves, twilight, or
night dives.
All packages are double occupancy and include private roundtrip airport transfers, hotel
accommodations in standard room categories, diving, and all taxes and fees. Prices include
weights and tank rental. Scuba equipment may be rented for $12.50 for BCD, regulator and
wetsuit. A dive light rental is $7.00. Group discounts are available for 4 rooms or more. Single
supplement rates are available.
Airfare from your departure city, and travel insurance may be added to any package. Custom built
dive packages and room upgrades are available, as well as condominium, apartment or rental
home stays. Just tell us what you want, and we’ll put together your perfect diving vacation! A wide

to $1770 per person for a 7-nt package staying at Villa Rolandi with private yacht transfers,
