Casa del Sol al Sol
“House of Sun and Sun,” this upscale home provides views of beautiful sunrises and sunsets. With two
studios and a main house, options abound for groups of 1-10 persons. This Casa’s owner paid attention
to details, and it is furnished with many little touches not found elsewhere, including high quality
furnishings and linens. The house can be rented as a 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms in entirety, or as 3
individual units – main house and two upper studios. For added privacy, with a surcharge, you may
reserve exclusive use of when renting only part of the house.
There are some common areas shared by all using the house, including a horizon pool with plenty of
room to lounge in the sun. A staircase on the side of the house leads to the second story palapa porch,
furnished with café style tables and seating. From here you can experience fantastic views of Mujeres Bay
and spectacular sunsets. COMING SOON: Rooftop sundeck! A big plus for this property is internet phone
service, which means free calls to the US and Canada. Off-street parking for golf carts is included. Maid
service is provided 4 times per week with a twice weekly linen change. Beach towels are included.
Just south of downtown, the house is located on the bus route and is within easy walking distance of
downtown restaurants and shopping. Taxis are readily available and inexpensive as well.
STUDIOS
Two studio apartments each with private entrance are located off the upper terrace. Each studio has a
kitchenette, sofa, dining area, King size bed and bathroom, and sliding glass doors with a beautiful view of
the Caribbean and the pool below. Both are fully equipped with the following amenities:

The main house has 2 large bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other has 2 twins which can be
configured as a king. Each has its own bathroom. The ocean front great room includes a living room and
dining room. There is a full kitchen including a fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher. The ocean side has
wonderful views with oversized sliding glass doors that lead to the swimming pool overlooking the
Caribbean. The house is very well furnished with upscale amenities and includes:
