This recently fully renovated home is located on the southeastern edge of downtown, just steps away
from the zocalo, with wonderful views of the Caribbean from the upper levels. The house has been
restored preserving the old Mexican tiles and style. Do you want to stay near the action, but prefer a
homier ambiance? Then Casa Sirena could be just the place. Come experience the hospitality and
personalized service by the owner who restored the house. This is a very unique option on the island.
This adults' only property includes many perks. Enjoy daily homemade Mexican breakfast (except
Sunday) and "SunSet for the FunSet;" daily Happy Hour on the rooftop terrace (except Sunday).
Complimentary use of a cell phone is included too (you purchase the card for minutes).
There are 3 rooms with queen beds and private bath; two of these with balconies. Another queen room
with balcony can is a suite, including TV and a separate sitting room. There are two rooms with two
single beds (can be made as one King) and private bath; one having a balcony. All rooms have AC and
small fridge.
The rooftop is a great place to watch the sunrise, socialize for Happy Hour, cool off in the plunge pool, or
watch the sunset. A second plunge pool is located on the ground level terrace area.
Children age 12 and up are welcomed ONLY if you rent the full house. Cocktail receptions, buffets, and
elegant dinners for up to 24 persons can be arranged for those renting the full house.
