Casa Flamboyan
This new rental home is located just south of the downtown area, a short walk or inexpensive taxi ride to
restaurants and swimming beaches. There are three units which can be rented separately or together.
All the suites are decorated with original art and handmade furniture crafted at a sustainable forest
project south of Tulum on the way to Chetumal.
The bayside palapa porch, rooftop, and Caribbean side pool are common areas shared by all guests.
You can see sunrises and sunsets from the decks on both sides of the house or the roof top. There are
stairs down to the Caribbean coral beach where you can go shelling.
Each unit has AC in the bedroom, CD player, hammock, 4-burner stove, microwave, blender, fridge,
coffee maker, dishes, ceiling fans, and safe. Parking is available for golf cart rentals. The house is
non-smoking. Maid service is provided twice weekly.
Rojo is a first floor apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living
room, with sliding glass doors that open to the infinity pool and deck on the Caribbean side.
Real and Azul are one-bedroom apartments on the upper level, with bedroom, bath, kitchen, shared
palapa porch on the Bay side and a private deck on the Caribbean side.
