Kathryn's Travel accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American
Express. A faxed, or scanned and emailed, authorization form is required. PayPal is also
accepted, as are guaranteed funds (cashier's check or money order) for accommodations,
transfer or tours. A credit card is required for all air bookings.
For all Mexico accommodation reservations of 4 nights or less, the balance for the
reservation is due at booking. In cases of reservations of 5 nights or more with a travel date
90 days or more in advance, a deposit can be paid at booking, with the balance due 40-60
days prior to arrival, depending on season and property.
For all houses, B&B's, apartments and condos, a nonrefundable 50% deposit is due at
booking. Once the final payment is due, the entire reservation is nonrefundable.
For all hotels a minimum 2-nt or 50% deposit is needed at booking, depending on the
property. There are no refunds within 30 days of travel in low season, or 60 days of travel in
high season.
Airfare is nonrefundable. See your E-ticket for exact fees for changes (when changes are
allowed). In all cases a no-show is a non-valid ticket with no value. If you need to make
changes to an air booking, it has to be done in advance. Some allow name changes for a
fee, but others do not. Some allow date changes for a fee plus any increase in fare.
For package bookings there is a minimum $50 per person cancellation fee charged by
Kathryn's Travel to cover administrative costs, plus any supplier penalties.

unit charged by Kathryn's Travel to cover administrative costs.
